Joshua Dean Perry at Tiny Ghost Press has acquired Caspian Faye's queer YA haunted house mystery/romance, In Between The Walls. After moving what feels like a million miles away from his home state, star athlete James feels like his life is falling apart. That starts to change when he discovers his house is haunted by Nathaniel, a cute transgender ghost from the 1700s. Publication is scheduled for December 2025.

The Lightyears Between Us by Shannon K. English (Tiny Ghost Press) - not yet added to Goodreads.
Joshua Dean Perry at Tiny Ghost Press has bought Shannon K. English's YA spacefaring queer science fiction romance, The Lightyears Between Us. The last humans live aboard the utopian Eden, a space station orbiting Jupiter. To help maintain order, scheduled every quarter-century, 36 youths are selected by lottery for missions to check on terraforming projects left by the Eden's ancestors. Publication is planned for December 2025.

Asia Harden and Grace Kendall at FSG have acquired, at auction, There's Always Next Year, a YA rom-com by bestselling authors George M. Johnson (All Boys Aren't Blue) and Leah Johnson (You Should See Me in a Crown). Pitched for fans of What If It's Us and Dash & Lily—and holiday rom-coms—this dual POV, double love story follows two cousins who accidentally blow up their lives (and love lives) on New Year's Eve and then race to put them back together again before New Year's Day is over. Publication is tentatively set for fall 2025; Patrice Caldwell at New Leaf Literary & Media did the seven-figure deal for North American rights.

Bria Ragin at Delacorte Press has acquired, in an exclusive submission, Twin Tides by Hien Nguyen, a YA speculative horror thriller inspired by Vietnamese mythology and pitched as The Haunting of Bly Manor meets The Parent Trap, in which long-lost identical twins Aria and Caliste are beckoned to Les Eaux, Minn., where they unravel the mystery behind their mother's death, discover a ghoul haunting the waters of the small town, and wade through the betrayal that ultimately separated them. Publication is set for fall 2025; Katelyn Detweiler at Jill Grinberg Literary Management sold world English rights.
